Egg & Tuna Mayo Toast with Kewpie Spread

This satisfying toast combines a rich, soft-baked egg with a flavorful border of Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread. It’s a quick and hearty option for a Japanese-style breakfast or snack.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

• 1 slice of sandwich bread (thick-cut preferred)
• 1 medium egg (approx. 51g)
• Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread, approx. 2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. Pipe the Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread around the inner edges of the bread to create a border. Crack the egg into the center.
2. Place the toast on aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven until the egg reaches your preferred doneness.

Tip: If the edges begin to brown too quickly, cover the toast lightly with foil midway through baking.
