  • 400g cooked rice
  • 5 stalks green onion, finely sliced
  • 2 slices bacon, cut into 1cm strips

Instructions

  1. Slice green onions and cut bacon into strips.
  2. Heat the mentaiko spread in a frying pan. Add green onions and bacon, and sauté until fragrant and lightly browned.
  3. Add cooked rice and stir-fry evenly to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
