Apple, Mushroom, and Ham Power Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 40g macaroni
  • 4 lettuce leaves (120g), torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 mushrooms (27g), thinly sliced
  • 1/4 apple (53g), sliced into thin wedges with skin on
  • 40g block ham, cut into 1 cm cubes
  • Salt, to taste

  • Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing, to taste
  • 1 pack Salad Club red kidney beans (50g)

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water according to the package directions. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Rinse the lettuce in cold water, dry thoroughly, and tear into pieces.
  3. Remove mushroom stems and slice thinly. Cut the apple (with skin) into thin fan-shaped slices. Dice the ham into 1 cm cubes.
  4. Line a serving plate with the lettuce. Add the macaroni, mushrooms, apple, and ham. Sprinkle red kidney beans over the top and drizzle with Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing.
