Avocado and Smoked Salmon Wreath Power Salad
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 pack (160g) of Salad Club 10-Ingredient Salad (includes lettuce, bell peppers)
- 1/2 avocado (about 70g), thinly sliced
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 5 walnut halves (about 15g), crushed
Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing – to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half lengthwise around the pit, twist to separate, remove the seed, peel, and slice thinly.
- On a plate, arrange the mixed salad greens into a wreath shape. Layer the avocado slices and smoked salmon on top.
- Sprinkle crushed walnuts and drizzle with Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing.
