Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/2 head broccoli (110g), cut into small florets
  • 1/6 onion (31g), finely chopped and soaked in water
  • 7 small boiled shrimp (140g), cut into thirds
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil the broccoli florets in salted water until just tender, then drain well.
  3. Finely chop the onion and soak in water to reduce sharpness, then drain.
  4. Cut the boiled shrimp into thirds.
