Instructions

  1. Blanch the bean sprouts and julienned carrot briefly in boiling water. Transfer to cold water to cool, then drain thoroughly.
  2. Trim the roots from the kaiware daikon and cut in half.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with the sesame soy dressing.
