Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 cabbage leaves (120g), shredded into 3mm strips
- 1/2 stalk long green onion (30cm, 30g), sliced on the bias and soaked in water
- 1/2 sheet nori seaweed (2g), torn into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage into fine strips. Slice the green onion diagonally and soak in water to mellow its flavor, then drain well.
- Combine the cabbage and green onion in a bowl and toss with Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing.
- Serve on a plate and top with torn nori.
