Cabbage, Ham & Bean Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 cabbage leaves (about 120g)
  • 2 slices ham (about 30g)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 pouch (50g) mixed beans (chickpeas, green peas, kidney beans)
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage into 5mm strips and sprinkle with salt. Let sit until slightly softened, then squeeze out excess water. Cut ham in half, then into 5mm wide strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine cabbage, ham, and mixed beans. Add dressing and toss to combine.
