Finely shred the cabbage to about 3mm wide. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain. Use a slicer to thinly cut the yellow bell pepper. Cut the ham slices in half, then slice into 5mm strips.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with Kewpie Carrot Dressing until evenly coated.
Storage Tips
Store in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 days.
Only serve the amount needed at a time and return leftovers to the fridge immediately.
