Carrot and Almond Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/2 carrot, peeled and shaved into ribbons (90g)
  • 1/6 onion, thinly sliced and soaked in water (31g)
  • 5 almonds, roughly chopped (7g)
  • Pinch of salt

  • Kewpie Carrot Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Use a peeler to shave the carrot into ribbons. Sprinkle with salt and let sit until softened. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Thinly slice the onion, soak in water, and drain well.
  3. Arrange the carrot and onion on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and drizzle with Kewpie Carrot Dressing.
