Carrot and Pork Shabu Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 carrot (about 180g), peeled and shaved thin with a peeler
  • 1/2 pack baby salad greens (about 25g)
  • 100g thinly sliced pork (for shabu-shabu)
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrot and shave into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Toss with 1 tablespoon of dressing in a bowl to marinate lightly.
  2. Blanch the pork slices briefly in water just before boiling. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. Arrange the baby greens on a plate, then layer the marinated carrots and pork. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing.
