Peel the carrot and shave into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Toss with 1 tablespoon of dressing in a bowl to marinate lightly.
Blanch the pork slices briefly in water just before boiling. Drain and cool slightly.
Arrange the baby greens on a plate, then layer the marinated carrots and pork. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing.
