Boil the broccoli florets in salted water until just tender. Drain well.
Rinse the leaf lettuce in cold water, drain, and tear into bite-size pieces.
Peel and julienne the carrot. Peel the orange and remove the membranes to segment. Slice the salad chicken into 8mm thick pieces.
Place the lettuce on a serving plate. Top with broccoli, carrots, orange, chicken slices, and the mixed beans and grains. Drizzle with Kewpie Carrot Dressing before serving.
