- 1/2 daikon radish (400g), peeled and cut into 2 cm cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing
Instructions
- Peel and dice the daikon into 2 cm cubes. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for about 10 minutes until softened. Rinse well and squeeze out excess water.
- Place the daikon in a bowl and toss with Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing.
