This simple Corn Mayo Toast is a quick and flavorful snack made with Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread. Lightly toasted and served with crisp lettuce, it’s perfect for breakfast or a mid-day bite.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 slice of sandwich bread (thick-cut preferred)
- 1 leaf of lettuce (approx. 20g)
- Approx. 30g Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread
Instructions
- Spread Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread evenly over the bread. Toast in a toaster oven for about 3 minutes or until golden.
- Place rinsed and drained lettuce on a serving plate and top with the toasted bread.
