Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Cabbage – 3 leaves (180g), shredded
  • Celery – 1/2 stalk (43g), peeled and thinly sliced into 4 cm strips
  • Carrot – 1/4 (45g), peeled and shredded
  • Tomato – 1 (170g), sliced into rounds
  • Boiled egg – 1 (51g), quartered and halved

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and carrot. Peel the celery, cut into 4 cm lengths, and slice thinly lengthwise.
  2. Toss the vegetables with dressing and let the flavors blend briefly.
  3. Arrange tomato slices in a circle on a plate. Place the coleslaw mix in the center. Garnish with halved wedges of boiled egg and drizzle with additional dressing.
