Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Cabbage – 2 leaves (120g), thinly shredded
  • Carrot – 1/6 (30g), peeled and thinly shredded
  • Ham – 2 slices (30g), cut into eighths like pie wedges
  • Whole kernel corn – 1 pack (50g)

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and carrot thinly. Cut each ham slice into 8 triangular pieces.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with the dressing.
