- 2 medium potatoes (approx. 220g)
- 30g Kewpie Curry Spread
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Rinse briefly and place them, still wet, in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on 600W for about 4 minutes or until soft. Check doneness with a fork.
- Transfer the hot potatoes to a bowl and toss with Kewpie Curry Spread until evenly coated. Serve warm.
