Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 slice of sandwich bread (thick-cut preferred)
- 1 medium egg (approx. 51g)
Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread, approx. 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Pipe the Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread around the inner edges of the bread to create a border. Crack the egg into the center.
- Place the toast on aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven until the egg reaches your preferred doneness.
Tip: If the edges begin to brown too quickly, cover the toast lightly with foil midway through baking.
