  1. Slice eggplants lengthwise, then cut each half into three strips. Soak in water briefly and drain.
  2. Place the eggplant, tuna, and sesame garlic dressing into a microwave-safe container. Mix lightly, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 6 minutes 30 seconds at 600W.
  3. Let cool slightly before transferring to a clean container. Refrigerate and enjoy within 2–3 days.
