Grilled Bell Pepper Lemon Marinade
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 yellow bell peppers (320g), cut into 8 strips
- 1 red bell pepper (160g), cut into 4 strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 5 tablespoons Kewpie Lemon Dressing
Instructions
- Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise, then slice each half into 4 strips.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and grill the peppers until lightly browned on both sides.
- Transfer the grilled peppers to a bowl and toss with Kewpie Lemon Dressing.
Tips
- Allow peppers to cool slightly before storing in a clean, airtight container.
- Consume within 2–3 days and avoid storing in reused bags or unclean containers.
- The natural sweetness of grilled peppers pairs well with the citrus tang of the lemon dressing.
