Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • ½ cucumber (49g), julienned
  • ¼ carrot (45g), julienned
  • 20g dried glass noodles (harusame), rehydrated and drained
  • Leaf lettuce, as needed
  • 1 pouch (40g) Kewpie Chinese Dressing
  • 1 pouch (40g) Salad Club Chicken Breast Fillet (Sasami)

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber into thin diagonal slices, then julienne. Peel and julienne carrot, then microwave (600W) for about 50 seconds wrapped in plastic wrap.
  2. Prepare glass noodles according to package instructions and drain well.
  3. In a bowl, mix cucumber, carrot, noodles, and chicken with the Chinese dressing.
  4. Place washed and drained lettuce leaves on a plate and top with the mixed salad.

  • Ensure all ingredients are well-drained before plating to avoid excess moisture.
