Lemon Chicken Sauté with Baby Greens

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 boneless chicken thigh (250g), sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 pack baby leaf greens (25g)
  • 1/2 tomato (83g), cut into wedges or bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Lemon Dressing

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken thigh into bite-sized strips. Marinate in Kewpie Lemon Dressing for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet without oil. Add the marinated chicken and cook both sides until golden brown. Pour in any remaining dressing and coat the chicken thoroughly.
  3. Plate the chicken with baby greens and tomato pieces on the side.
