Instructions

  1. Cut lettuce into thin 1cm strips. Halve the ham and slice into 1cm strips. Remove mushroom stems and slice thinly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lettuce, ham, and mushrooms with Kewpie Paysanne Salad Dressing. Toss gently to coat. Top with thin slices of boiled egg before serving.
