Cut the onion into 1cm-thick wedges and slice the yellow bell pepper into 1cm strips.
Place vegetables in a microwave-safe container, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for about 3 minutes 30 seconds. Let cool slightly and drain any excess liquid.
Add sliced ham to the cooled vegetables. Toss with Kewpie Lemon Dressing until well coated.
Tips
Always allow ingredients to cool before transferring to a storage container.
Do not microwave ingredients in food storage bags.
Store in a clean, airtight container and consume within 2–3 days.
