Marinated Onion and Yellow Bell Pepper

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 onion (190g), cut into 1cm wedges
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper (80g), sliced into 1cm strips
  • 2 slices ham (30g), cut into 8 wedge pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Lemon Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into 1cm-thick wedges and slice the yellow bell pepper into 1cm strips.
  2. Place vegetables in a microwave-safe container, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for about 3 minutes 30 seconds. Let cool slightly and drain any excess liquid.
  3. Add sliced ham to the cooled vegetables. Toss with Kewpie Lemon Dressing until well coated.

Tips

  • Always allow ingredients to cool before transferring to a storage container.
  • Do not microwave ingredients in food storage bags.
  • Store in a clean, airtight container and consume within 2–3 days.
