Pork and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry with Sesame Garlic Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/2 pack bunashimeji mushrooms, separated (51g)
  • 1/4 onion, thinly sliced (47g)
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, halved and thinly sliced (40g)
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 5mm strips (34g)
  • 150g thinly sliced pork (komagire style)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Sesame Oil & Garlic Dressing, divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables: separate mushrooms, thinly slice onion and red pepper, and julienne green pepper.
  2. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of the sesame garlic dressing in a frying pan. Add pork and cook until browned.
  4. Add the vegetables and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle in the remaining dressing, toss to coat, and serve hot.
