Purple Cabbage and Red Onion Salad
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 4 cabbage leaves (240g), shredded into 3mm strips
- 1 1/2 purple cabbage leaves (90g), shredded into 3mm strips
- 1/2 red onion (71g), thinly sliced and soaked in water
- 6 tablespoons Kewpie Lemon Dressing
Instructions
- Thinly slice both regular and purple cabbage into 3mm strips. Slice red onion and soak briefly in water, then drain well.
- Combine all vegetables in a bowl and toss with Kewpie Lemon Dressing until evenly coated.
Tips
- Store in a clean airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 days.
- Only take out what you need for each serving and return the rest to the fridge promptly.
- Check for any off smells or discoloration before eating leftovers.
