Purple Cabbage and Red Onion Salad

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 cabbage leaves (240g), shredded into 3mm strips
  • 1 1/2 purple cabbage leaves (90g), shredded into 3mm strips
  • 1/2 red onion (71g), thinly sliced and soaked in water
  • 6 tablespoons Kewpie Lemon Dressing

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice both regular and purple cabbage into 3mm strips. Slice red onion and soak briefly in water, then drain well.
  2. Combine all vegetables in a bowl and toss with Kewpie Lemon Dressing until evenly coated.

Tips

  • Store in a clean airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 days.
  • Only take out what you need for each serving and return the rest to the fridge promptly.
  • Check for any off smells or discoloration before eating leftovers.
