Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1/4 head red cabbage (200g), finely shredded
- 1/4 carrot (45g), peeled and julienned
- 1/4 red onion (35g), thinly sliced and soaked in water
- 1/2 pack red cabbage sprouts (15g), roots trimmed
- 4 tablespoons Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing
Instructions
- Finely shred the red cabbage. Peel and cut the carrot into thin strips.
- Thinly slice the red onion and soak it in water to reduce sharpness, then drain. Trim the base off the red cabbage sprouts.
- In a large bowl, combine all prepared vegetables. Add Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing and toss until evenly coated. Let the flavors meld briefly before serving.
Tips
- Coleslaw tastes great immediately, but letting it sit for a few minutes helps the flavor absorb even better.
