Red Cabbage Coleslaw

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/4 head red cabbage (200g), finely shredded
  • 1/4 carrot (45g), peeled and julienned
  • 1/4 red onion (35g), thinly sliced and soaked in water
  • 1/2 pack red cabbage sprouts (15g), roots trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing

Instructions

  1. Finely shred the red cabbage. Peel and cut the carrot into thin strips.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion and soak it in water to reduce sharpness, then drain. Trim the base off the red cabbage sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all prepared vegetables. Add Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing and toss until evenly coated. Let the flavors meld briefly before serving.

Tips

  • Coleslaw tastes great immediately, but letting it sit for a few minutes helps the flavor absorb even better.
