Seafood, Lettuce, and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 3 leaves of lettuce (about 87g)
  • 1/2 cucumber (about 49g), cut into 1cm cubes
  • 150g seafood mix (boiled according to package instructions and drained)

  • Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing – to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lettuce in cold water, drain thoroughly, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the cucumber into 1cm cubes. Boil the seafood mix following the package directions and drain well.
  3. Arrange the lettuce on a plate, top with the cucumber and seafood, and drizzle with Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing.
