- 2 napa cabbage leaves (170g), sliced into 1cm-wide strips
- 1 cucumber (98g), sliced diagonally and then into 5mm-wide strips
- 80g boiled shirasu (whitebait)
- Shredded nori, to taste
Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing, to taste
Instructions
- Shred the napa cabbage into 1cm strips. Slice the cucumber diagonally, then into 5mm-wide strips.
- Place the vegetables in a serving bowl, top with the shirasu and shredded nori, then drizzle with Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing.
