Shirasu and Napa Cabbage Choreogi Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 napa cabbage leaves (170g), sliced into 1cm-wide strips
  • 1 cucumber (98g), sliced diagonally and then into 5mm-wide strips
  • 80g boiled shirasu (whitebait)
  • Shredded nori, to taste

  • Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the napa cabbage into 1cm strips. Slice the cucumber diagonally, then into 5mm-wide strips.
  2. Place the vegetables in a serving bowl, top with the shirasu and shredded nori, then drizzle with Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing.
