Shrimp, Broccoli, and Mixed Bean Salad
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1/2 head broccoli (about 110g), cut into small florets
- 1/8 red onion (about 18g), thinly sliced
- 10 small boiled shrimp (about 130g)
- Pinch of salt
Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing – to taste- 1 pack (50g) of Salad Club Mixed Beans (chickpeas, green peas, red kidney beans)
- 1 pack (16g) of Salad Club Croutons or your preferred croutons
Instructions
- Boil the broccoli florets in salted water until tender. Drain thoroughly.
- Thinly slice the red onion and soak in water to reduce sharpness, then drain.
- Arrange the broccoli, onion, and shrimp on a plate. Top with mixed beans and croutons. Drizzle with Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing.
