Shrimp, Broccoli, and Mixed Bean Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/2 head broccoli (about 110g), cut into small florets
  • 1/8 red onion (about 18g), thinly sliced
  • 10 small boiled shrimp (about 130g)
  • Pinch of salt

  • Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing – to taste
  • 1 pack (50g) of Salad Club Mixed Beans (chickpeas, green peas, red kidney beans)
  • 1 pack (16g) of Salad Club Croutons or your preferred croutons

Instructions

  1. Boil the broccoli florets in salted water until tender. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion and soak in water to reduce sharpness, then drain.
  3. Arrange the broccoli, onion, and shrimp on a plate. Top with mixed beans and croutons. Drizzle with Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing.
