Shrimp, Quail Egg, and Broccoli Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/2 head broccoli (about 110g), cut into small florets
  • 3 medium cherry tomatoes (about 36g), halved
  • 6 large shrimp (about 180g), peeled and deveined
  • Pinch of salt

  • Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing – to taste
  • 1 pack (57g) of Salad Club Boiled Quail Eggs

Instructions

  1. Boil the broccoli florets and shrimp in salted water until cooked through. Drain well.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and quail eggs.
  3. Arrange all ingredients on a plate and drizzle with Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing.
