
Spicy Avocado and Ground Meat Roll Sandwich
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 slices sandwich bread (8-slice pack), crusts removed and flattened
- 2 lettuce leaves (58g), rinsed and dried
- 1/4 tomato (41g), sliced into 5 mm rounds
- 1/4 avocado (35g), sliced into 5 mm pieces
- 50g ground beef and pork blend
- 1 slice cheese (18g), halved
- Salad oil, as needed
Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing, to taste
Instructions
- Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin and remove the crusts.
- Soak the lettuce in cold water, then drain and pat dry.
- Slice the tomato and avocado into 5 mm pieces. Halve the slice of cheese.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the ground meat until browned.
- Place the bread on a sheet of plastic wrap. Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese, and cooked meat. Drizzle with Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing, then roll tightly using the wrap. Cut in half. Repeat for the second roll.
