Instructions

  1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly.
  2. Heat a pan without oil and sauté the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the drained noodles in serving bowls. Top with the cooked meat, drizzle with Kewpie Deep-fried Sesame with Spicy Chili Oil Dressing, and garnish with chopped green onions.
