Spring Onion and Orange Coleslaw

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 cabbage leaves, finely shredded (120g)
  • 1/4 sweet spring onion, thinly sliced (47g)
  • 1 orange, peeled, segmented, and cut into bite-size pieces (120g)
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Carrot Dressing

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage into 3mm strips. Thinly slice the spring onion.
  2. Peel the orange, remove the membranes, and cut into bite-size pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, and orange. Toss with Kewpie Carrot Dressing until well coated.

Preparation Tip

  • Grapefruit or other citrus fruits can be used in place of orange for variation.
