Instructions

  1. Dice tomato into 1cm cubes.
  2. Soak lettuce in cold water, then drain and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Drain tofu by wrapping in paper towel and microwaving (600W) for 1 minute 30 seconds. Cool, cut lengthwise in half, then into 2cm slices.
  4. On a plate, arrange lettuce, then tofu slices. Top with chopped green onions and scatter tomato around the edges. Drizzle with Kewpie Deep-fried Sesame with Ponzu Sauce Dressing.

Tips

  • Microwaving makes tofu draining quick and simple—be sure to let it cool before slicing.
