Tomato and Avocado Salad with 1000 Island Dressing
A 5-minute salad made with tomato, avocado, and sliced chicken, finished with the smooth sweetness of Kewpie 1000 Island Dressing. Quick, fresh, and satisfying.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1/2 tomato (about 170g), cut into wedges
- 1/2 avocado (about 70g), thinly sliced
- 60g ready-to-eat salad chicken, thinly sliced
Kewpie 1000 Island Dressing, to taste
Instructions
- Thinly slice the salad chicken at an angle.
- Cut the tomato into six wedges. Slice the avocado thinly after halving and removing the pit and peel.
- Arrange the chicken, tomato, and avocado on a plate and drizzle with 1000 Island dressing.
Tips
- To prep avocado, cut around the pit lengthwise, twist to separate, remove the pit, and peel before slicing.
