
Tuna Mayo Omelette with Kewpie Spread
This simple omelette recipe brings a Japanese twist to your morning routine. Made with Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread, it's a quick and savory breakfast you can prepare in just a few minutes.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 2 medium eggs (approx. 100g)
- 2 cherry tomatoes (approx. 36g)
- 1 leaf of lettuce (approx. 20g)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil, as needed
- 2 tablespoons of Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and beat until well mixed.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently. When the eggs are half-cooked, squeeze the Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread into the center. Fold both sides of the omelette toward the center to shape it.
- Transfer to a plate and serve with cherry tomatoes and torn lettuce leaves that have been rinsed in cold water and drained well.
