Udon with Green Onion, Bonito Flakes, and Sesame Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 serving udon noodles (about 220g)
  • 5 stalks green onion (about 10g), finely sliced
  • 1 egg (about 51g)
  • 2.5g katsuobushi (bonito flakes)

  • Kewpie Deep-fried Sesame Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook udon according to the package instructions. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Place the udon in a bowl. Leave space in the center, then top with green onions and bonito flakes. Crack the egg into the center and drizzle with deep-fried sesame dressing.
  3. Mix well before eating.

  • If using ready-to-eat udon, prepare according to the package instructions.
  • Ensure noodles are well-drained before plating.
