Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Potato – 1 (110g), peeled and cut into 1.5 cm cubes
  • Broccoli – 3 florets (45g), cut into 1.5 cm pieces
  • Carrot – 1/5 (36g), peeled and cut into 1 cm cubes
  • Sausages – 2 (40g), halved lengthwise and cut into 1.5 cm pieces
  • Salt – a pinch

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potato and carrot. Soak the potatoes briefly in water.
  2. Boil both in a pot until tender. Once boiling, add a pinch of salt along with the broccoli and sausages. Boil for another 2 minutes, then drain and let cool slightly.
  3. Cut the cooled sausages and broccoli into 1.5 cm pieces. Mix everything in a bowl and toss with dressing.
