These Japanese-style salad hand rolls are filled with sushi rice, crisp vegetables, and a mix of Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread and corn mayo. A fun, easy-to-make recipe that’s perfect for lunch or casual gatherings.

Ingredients (Makes 4 hand rolls)

Instructions

  1. Divide the sushi rice into 4 equal portions.
  2. Cut the cucumber into sticks. Rinse and drain the lettuce, then cut it in half.
  3. For the first two hand rolls: place a half-sheet of nori, layer it with one portion of rice and lettuce, and top with 1 tablespoon of Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread. Roll tightly.
  4. For the other two: use sushi rice and cucumber, and top with 1 tablespoon of corn mayo. Roll tightly.
