Cream Cheese Carrot Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

• 1/2 carrot (about 90g)
• 1 portion cream cheese (about 20g)
• 10g mixed nuts
• 2 tablespoons Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing
  

Instructions

1. Peel and julienne the carrot. Tear the cream cheese into small chunks. Roughly chop the mixed nuts.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with the dressing.

Tip

• This dish is tasty right after mixing, but letting it marinate enhances the flavor further.
