Hand-Torn Cabbage Coleslaw with Corn

Ingredients (Serves 2)

• 1/4 head cabbage (about 200g), torn into bite-sized pieces
• 100g whole kernel corn
• 
  Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing, to taste

Instructions

1. Remove the core from the cabbage and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces by hand.
2. Place the cabbage and corn into a food-safe plastic bag. Add coleslaw dressing and knead gently to coat evenly.

Tips

• Let the mixture marinate in the bag for better flavor. You can also add ham or tuna for extra protein.
