Tomato, Sweet Onion, and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

• 1 tomato, diced into 1.5cm cubes (170g)
• 1/2 sweet onion, diced into 1cm cubes (94g)
• 1/2 cucumber, diced into 1.5cm cubes (49g)
• 
  Kewpie Carrot Dressing, to taste

Instructions

1. Dice the tomato and cucumber into 1.5cm cubes, and the sweet onion into 1cm cubes.
2. Arrange the chopped vegetables on a plate and drizzle with Kewpie Carrot Dressing just before serving.
