Cauliflower White Tree Salad
Create a festive Christmas tree-shaped salad with cauliflower, potatoes, and colorful vegetables, served with Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- Cauliflower – 1 head (300g), cut into small florets
- Potatoes – 2 (220g)
- Mini tomatoes – 3 (27g), halved
- Yellow bell pepper – 1/2 (80g), cut into star shapes
Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – to taste- Kewpie Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Wrap washed potatoes in a damp paper towel and plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes 30 seconds. Peel and mash with a fork while hot.
- Mix mashed potatoes with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Shape into a cone about 10 cm in diameter on a serving plate.
- Steam cauliflower florets in the microwave (600W) for about 2 minutes. Cool in water, then drain thoroughly.
- Cut mini tomatoes in half. Cut yellow bell pepper into star shapes using a small cutter.
- Decorate the potato cone with cauliflower, tomato halves, and yellow pepper stars. Serve with creamy dressing on the side.
