Lettuce Coleslaw-Style Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

• 3 lettuce leaves (about 87g), finely shredded
• 2cm piece of carrot (about 20g), peeled and julienned
• 2 slices ham (about 30g), cut into short strips
• 1 pack (50g) whole kernel corn
• 3 tablespoons Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing
  

Instructions

1. Shred the lettuce finely. Peel and julienne the carrot. Cut ham into short, thin strips.
2. In a bowl, combine the lettuce, carrot, ham, and corn. Toss well with the coleslaw dressing until coated evenly.

Tips

• The flavor deepens if allowed to chill for a while in the refrigerator before serving.
