Kewpie Olive Oil Onion Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

1 tomato (about 170g)
1 ball mozzarella cheese (about 100g)
6 fresh basil leaves (about 6g)
Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing (to taste)

Instructions

Slice the tomato and mozzarella into rounds.
Arrange the slices on a plate, alternating between tomato and mozzarella. Tear the basil leaves and scatter them on top. Drizzle with Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing just before serving.
