  • 6 slices French bread (approx. 1.5cm thick)
  • 3 tablespoons shredded pizza cheese
  • 3 fresh shiso leaves, finely shredded

Instructions

  1. Spread Aohata Verde Mentaiko Toast Spread on each slice of French bread. Top with pizza cheese.
  2. Place slices on a baking tray and toast in a toaster oven until golden and the cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from oven and top with shredded shiso leaves. Serve immediately.
