Tuna & Corn Mayo Salad Hand Rolls (Temaki-Style)

These fresh and fun hand rolls feature sushi rice and crisp vegetables, wrapped in nori and filled with creamy Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread and Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread. A great option for quick lunches or light Japanese-style meals.

Ingredients (Makes 4 hand rolls)

Instructions

  1. Divide the sushi rice into 4 equal portions.
  2. Cut cucumber into sticks and prepare lettuce by rinsing and drying it, then cutting in half.
  3. To make two rolls: place rice and lettuce on a halved sheet of nori, then top with 1 tablespoon of Tuna & Mayo Spread and roll tightly.
  4. For the other two rolls: use rice and cucumber, then top with 1 tablespoon of Corn & Mayo Spread and roll the same way.
