Apple and Roast Beef Wreath Power Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 pack (95g) of Salad Club Gourmet Caesar Salad Mix
  • 1/4 apple (about 53g), cut into thin wedges with skin on
  • 60g sliced roast beef
  • 5 walnut halves (about 15g), crushed

  • Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing – to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple thoroughly and cut into thin, skin-on wedges.
  2. Arrange the Caesar salad mix on a plate in a wreath shape. Top with roast beef and apple slices, sprinkle with crushed walnuts, and drizzle with Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing.
