Instructions

  1. Soak the arugula in cold water, drain, and cut into bite-sized lengths.
  2. Cut bacon into 2cm strips. Cook in a dry frying pan until crisp.
  3. Place a slice of cheese on parchment paper in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave at 600W for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let cool, then break into bite-size pieces.
  4. Arrange arugula on a plate. Top with crispy bacon and cheese chips. Drizzle with dressing before serving.

Tip

  • Adjust microwave time for cheese as needed to get a crisp texture.
